QUETTA: Balochistan High Court (BHC) Chief Justice took suo motu notice of the killings of 26 pilgrims in Ghanja Dori in Mastung District and issued notices to the federal and provincial governments.
The chief justice took notice of the incident following an appeal by a score of people through reports published in local and national media. The passengers were forced to get off the bus and were then shot dead ruthlessly. The BHC issued notices to the interior secretary, home secretary, Frontier Corps (FC) inspector general, inspector general police, Kalat Division commissioner, Mastung deputy commissioner and the General Levies director.
