NICL scam: Zafar Qureshi suspended

The government has once again targeted FIA Additional DG Zafar Qureshi.This time round, Zafar, who is investigation officer of the NICL scam involving PML-Q leader Moonis Elahi, has been suspended on charges of making contradictory public statements. Earlier, he was transferred from the case.The Supreme Court had taken notice of his transfer, and eventually he was allocated the same case again a couple of days ago after SC intervention. However, Zafar Qureshi says he has not received any suspension orders yet. He said he had come to know about his suspension through the media. – Dunyanews
