Matloob leads CNS Golf

Karachi: Matloob Ahmed of Gymkhana played a bogey free first round sinking six birdies on his way to six under par 66 to head the leader board on the opening day of the four day UMA 16th Chief of Naval Staff open golf here at Karachi Golf course on Thursday.He sank two birdies on front nine and added four more in the second round to gain three stroke lead over his challenger Shabbir Iqbal of Islamabad and Pakistan Navy who finished at three under 69 at the end of a perfect day of golf at the oldest golf course of the city.Sharing the joint second position was Javed Inayat of KGC and HBL who also finished the day with three under 69. – Nation
