LAHORE: The Punjab government on Monday transferred and posted four senior officer, including former Chief Secretary Punjab.Senior Member Board of Revenue Punjab Akhlaq Ahmad Tarrar has been relieved of his duties in Government of the Punjab with effect from July 09, 2011, to join his new assignment as Secretary, Scientific and Technological Research Division, Government of Pakistan.Additional Chief Secretary Muhammad Sami Saeed has been transferred and posted as Senior Member Board of Revenue, Punjab Lahore, vice Akhlaq Ahmad Tarrar. He shall assume the charge of the post of SMBoR on July 09, 2011, the day when Akhlaq Ahmad Tarrar relinquishes the charge of the post.Commissioner Lahore Division Nadeem Hassan Asif has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, vice Muhammad Sami Saeed. He shall assume the charge of the post of Additional Chief Secretary, Punjab, on July 09, 20011, the day when Muhammad Sami Saeed, relinquishes the charge of the post.Officer on Special Duty with the Services & General Administration Department and former Chief Secretary Punjab Javed Mahmood has been relieved of his duties in Government of the Punjab, with effect from July 09, 2011, to join his new assignment as Secretary, Planning and Development Division, upon his promotion to BS-22, to the rank of Secretary to the Government of Pakistan.
