Karachi: National cricket team returns home

Three of Pakistani cricket players reached Karachi and received a warm welcome.Three players of national cricket team returned home today and a huge crowd was present to welcome them at Jinnah International Airport Karachi.All the cricket enthusiasts were present at Jinnah International Airport Karachi, just to welcome the players of Pakistan cricket team, which managed to reach semi-finals of ICC World Cup 2011. Cricket fans were present at the airport, holding flags and banners, since late hours of Thursday.Three players including Captain Shahid Afridi, Asad Shafique and Younis Khan arrived at the airport and enthusiasts welcomed them warmly by throwing flower petals upon them. However these three players were taken out of the airport from an alternative route due to security measures.  – Dunyanews
