Tax sleuths raid B-town hotties Katrina and Priyanka’s properties

The Monday morning came as a huge shock for the leading ladies of Bollywood – Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra as the Income Tax department officials raided the actresses’ residential and office premises, Zee News reported.News has it that the I-T department has been conducting raids under a tip off and it is also reported that there has been enough credible information given to the officials to carry on with their investigation. According to latest reports, the raids are still on.Though no apparent cause has been identified for the raids, but, it is being speculated that the raids are being conducted by the I-T department on the grounds of tax evasion by these two actresses.10 teams of I-T officials have so far investigated 12 different places in Mumbai. The officers reckon that Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif have not filed their income tax returns for the past 2 years. The investigating officers have been checking all documents and financial paper and it is being said that the two heroines would be summoned for interrogation if at all they are found of any in-discrepancy.Financial managers of Katrina and Priyanka might also come under the I-T scanner.It is too early to comment if the hotties of Bollywood attracted I-T sleuths because of huge endorsement deals and many international shows that Kat and Priyanka do.
