A book showcasing the official activities of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed , during the year 2010, has been released by the Government of Dubai Media Office.Written in the backdrop of the historical successes achieved by Dubai and the UAE during the past year, the newly-released publication, entitled Scenes from a Journey, chronicles the Dubai Ruler’s accomplishments. The book has photographs of his meetings with kings, presidents and leaders from around the world, as well as his attendance at the year’s most important summits and events.Readers are given access to the key meetings taken place during 2010, as the book features Shaikh Mohammed in discussions with such notables as President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt, Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain, President Pratibha Patil of India, President Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson of Iceland and President Karolos Papoulias of Greece, in addition to numerous other international leaders. Shaikh Mohammed’s involvement in high profile sporting occasions and his participation in forums with heads of the UAE federal and local government departments are also covered in eye-catching pictorial sequences.
