LAKKI MARWAT: The provincial government has accorded sanction to the projects of rehabilitation of five flood damaged roads in the provincial assembly constituency of KP-74 (Lakki Marwat-I), said ANP’s district chapter president Sadruddin advocate on Thursday.Speaking at the inaugural ceremony of a science laboratory in government higher secondary school, he said that four roads including Gambila-Tajori, Gambila-Kot Kashmir, Gambila-Paharkhel Thall and Gandi-Nawab Kilay were badly damaged in the July-August devastating floods.He said that the rehabilitation of roads would cost Rs25 million. “It would improve road infrastructure, providing better communication facilities to the residents of the constituency”, he said.Mr Sadruddin claimed that presently a huge sum of Rs250 million was being spent on uplift works in tehsil Naurang, saying that the government would leave no stone unturned to bring the area at par with other developed parts of the province.
