QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan, Nawab Aslam Raisani said that establishment of Balochistan Institute of Technical Education (BITE) has assumed importance of a great project in the backdrop of prevailing sense of deprivation and lack of educational facilities while extension in the project would provide further opportunities to Jawans of Balochistan.Addressing to inauguration ceremony of 5th batch of Balochistan Institute of Technical Education here on Wednesday, Chief Minister Balochistan, Nawab Aslam Raisani said that almost 1700 jawans are ready to serve the province after completing their training. He said that 21st centaury is technical century. He said that we should remember China and other developed countries that making progress through techniques. He said that such institutions should be established.
He said that Pak Army is playing vital role for providing facilities to different fields. He said that large numbers of our jawans in Pak Army are serving the nation as Commission and non-commissioned officials.He thanked COAS General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani and expressed hope that the cooperation would further expand. Addressing to the ceremony Commander Southern Command Lieutenant General Javed Zia said that 5000 jawans of Balochistan would be given training during next year while 500 jawans who completed the course would be given job in Army, FC, and Fauji Foundation.He said that border cross people wanted to create sense of deprivation among the people of Balochistan, to achieve their nefarious designs but their designs would be foiled with cooperation of jawans of Balochistan – Onlinenews
