ANKARA, Turkey: Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani visited the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk on Tuesday to pay homage to Turkey’s first president and the great leader of its independence war. The Prime Minister visited Anitkabir – the memorial tomb of Ataturk, meaning ‘Father of Turks’ and laid a wreath on the leader’s resting place. He also observed a minute of silence to pay respects to the great leader.Later he signed the special book of the mausoleum and wrote his comments about the vision of Ataturk that laid the foundation of a prosperous and democratic country.The Prime Minister was accompanied by members of his delegation, including Commerce Minister Makhdoom Amin Fahim, Petroleum Minister Syed Naveed Qamar, Minister for Water and Power Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Minister for Railways Haji Ghulam Ahmed Bilour, Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir and Board of Investment Chairman Saleem Mandviwala – App
