PESHAWAR: Transparency International (TI) has refused to express regret with government of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa (KP) on rating the province top most among other provinces in terms of corruption in a report released by it.Chairman TI, Syed Adil Gilani had published report about the widespread corruption in different government departments of KP.
