COLOMBO: President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday visited Brandix Lanka – the largest exporter of apparel in Sri Lanka engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing end-to-end apparel solutions for global fashion superbrands. The company specialises in casuals and active wear, woven and knitted fabrics and a host of apparel industry accessories. The President evinced keen interest in the different processes involved in the research and development, design, manufacture and marketing of the apparel world wide.He said Pakistani textile industry can benefit from the experiences of the company and improve their reach in the international market.Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Defence Minister Ch. Ahmed Mukhtar, Chairman Board of Investment (BOI) Saleem Mandviwala and other members of his entourage accompanied the President.
