ISLAMABAD : A total of five firms have submitted their applications for the pre qualification of lease/auction of existing McDonald site in Fatima Jinnah Park sought by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) till the closing day on November 23.In pursuance of the apex court orders regarding lease/auction of existing McDonald site on the Southern site of Fatima Jinnah Park, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) had invited applications, through national media for Expression of Interest (EoI) for pre-qualification from the interested national and international food chains, for which November 23 was the last date for submission of applications.
Chairman CDA, Imtiaz Inayat Elahi has directed concerned directorates to expedite the scrutiny of all applications transparently in line with the verdict of the Supreme Court of Pakistan in letter and spirit, so that the auction could be finalised as soon as possible.The firms, which submitted their applications, also included Siza Foods, which was running the food outlet before its closure following the Supreme Court’s orders – Nation
