According to Foreign Office spokesperson Nafees Zakariya, Hazrat Nizamuddin dargah’s Sajjada Nashin of Delhi had gone missing in Pakistan and India had requested help from Pakistan in this regard. Saeed Asif Ali Nizami had came from India to meet his relatives in Pakistan.

His disappearance was informed by Indian High Commissioner. The Indian authorities have requested Pakistan government for assistance. “All the concerned departments are looking into the matter”, FO spokesman said.

On the other hand, Indian media suggests that two sufi saints, who belonged to Delhi’s Hazrat Nizamuddin dargah, had gone missing in Pakistan. Asif Nizami and Nizam Nizami had earlier arrived in Karachi to meet their relatives.
